This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the demand-generation strategy aligned with Kestra's enterprise go-to-market approach.
• Set program and pipeline objectives in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Sales.
• Create Kestra's enterprise account-tiering framework and prioritize target accounts.
• Oversee outbound marketing campaigns in conjunction with Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Business Development teams.
• Identify open-source deployments that demonstrate production-scale, multi-user enterprise usage.
• Develop multi-threaded account strategies that engage technical, operational, and economic decision-makers.
• Design and execute integrated campaigns utilizing paid media, content marketing, email, webinars, and events.
• Manage paid acquisition efforts directly through LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing.
• Shape strategies focused on account-based marketing and competitive displacement.
• Direct the execution of the flagship legacy-displacement campaign.
• Create and manage landing pages, nurture copy, and customer conversion pathways.
• Coordinate outreach at the contact level with the Business Development team.
• Develop nurture and lifecycle programs to transition prospects and self-service users into enterprise discussions.
• Enhance conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
• Implement programs and track their contributions to the sales pipeline.
• Report on qualified accounts, generated and progressed pipeline, and program efficiency metrics.
• Oversee the demand-generation budget and allocate resources across channels.
• Manage relationships with agencies and partners as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Growth Engineering teams.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
• Generally, 6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or account-based marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven direct ownership of pipeline goals and results.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including paid, content, email, and events.
• Familiarity with lifecycle and nurture marketing programs.
• Proven experience with account-based marketing strategies.
• Understanding of the marketing-to-sales handoff process.
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing campaigns using LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to articulate campaign adjustments and their impact on acquisition efficiency, account engagement, or pipeline development.
• Capability to automate processes and treat campaigns as experimental initiatives.
• Comfort in collaborating with technical growth-engineering teams rather than handling all tooling independently.
• Strong analytical skills, including data extraction, view creation, and pipeline report analysis.
• Proficient in using AI tools, verifying claims against primary sources, and critically reviewing outputs.
• Familiarity with developer-led, open-source, or product-led approaches, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and ownership in rapidly growing environments.
