This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement cohesive demand generation programs that span ABM, field events, paid media, content marketing, digital channels, and sales-assisted efforts.
• Take ownership and continuously enhance the ABM strategy in collaboration with Sales, focusing on target accounts, buying groups, campaign strategies, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Oversee the paid media agency by establishing priorities, assessing performance, and ensuring that paid investments yield substantial results.
• Create and manage field programs, such as executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, and other high-impact experiences, from audience engagement through follow-up and assessment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to convert marketing initiatives into qualified discussions and pipeline opportunities.
• Manage campaign execution and reporting using HubSpot.
• Assess funnel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contributions to enhance investment strategies.
• Discover, evaluate, and scale innovative approaches to engage enterprise buyers.
• Support existing programs in the market by leveraging LinkedIn to promote events, content, and campaigns while engaging target audiences.
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a comparable B2B SaaS marketing position.
• Proven track record of developing programs that generate qualified pipeline, including specific examples and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in marketing to enterprise buyers and managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Extensive experience with ABM, field events, and integrated demand generation programs.
• Proficient in using HubSpot for campaigns, lists, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to link marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Excellent collaborative skills, particularly in partnership with Sales teams.
• A proactive self-starter with a builder's mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and engaging in testing, learning, and development.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of shifting between strategy and execution seamlessly.
• Experience in marketing to stakeholders in security, risk, procurement, or other enterprise technology sectors.
• Background in early-stage or rapidly growing B2B SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with reaching regulated industries or complex enterprise buying organizations.
