Senior Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of property intelligence software solutions for a significant client.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Technical Product Managers, and Software Engineers.

• Oversee technology modernization, AI integration, and digital transformation projects.

• Strategically plan roadmaps and allocate resources across various projects.

• Manage budgets, margins, project scope, timelines, deliverables, estimates, and change management processes.

• Oversee customer stakeholders and project portfolio roadmaps that align with business priorities and constraints.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients and development teams.

• Cultivate a positive team culture through coaching, mentorship, collaboration, and minimizing distractions.

• Drive change initiatives, including the adoption and adaptation of AI SDLC.

• Identify and address project risks, dependencies, and obstacles.

• Oversee team objectives, performance, growth, administration, customer orders, invoice preparation, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects.

• Demonstrated success in managing distributed software development projects from start to finish.

• Strong commercial insight with practical experience in managing project budgets and margin responsibilities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for negotiation and influence without formal authority.

• Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and roadmap development across teams and projects in dynamic environments.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, with practical application in complex delivery settings.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level—both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with the property intelligence sector.

• Understanding of design principles, engineering best practices, software architecture, and experience with AI SDLC implementation.

• Certifications and training in project and team management.

• Knowledge of information security and compliance standards, along with systems thinking capabilities.
