Senior Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of software solutions focused on property intelligence for a major client.

• Manage initiatives related to technology modernization, the adoption of AI, and digital transformation projects.

• Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery within a regulated framework.

• Engage with customer stakeholders and maintain project portfolio roadmaps that align with business priorities and constraints.

• Organize team composition and allocate resources across various projects.

• Facilitate collaboration across functions between the customer and development teams.

• Supervise project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, estimates, and change management processes.

• Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentorship, collaboration facilitation, and shielding the team from distractions.

• Champion change initiatives, including the adoption and adaptation of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Identify and address project risks, dependencies, and obstacles.

• Oversee team objectives, performance, growth, administration, customer orders, invoice preparation, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects.

• Demonstrated success in managing distributed software development projects from start to finish.

• Strong business acumen with practical experience in managing project budgets and owning profit margins.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, including negotiation and influence without formal authority.

• Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and roadmap development across teams and projects in dynamic environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, with practical application in complex delivery settings.

• Proficient in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with the property intelligence sector.

• Understanding of design principles, engineering best practices, software architecture, and AI SDLC implementation.

• Certification and training in project and team management.

• Knowledge of information security, compliance standards, and systems thinking.
