Senior Delivery Lead – Product Owner, Enterprise AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily agile delivery across AI project workstreams.

• Facilitate sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Act as the Product Owner, responsible for managing and prioritizing the backlog, user stories, and release roadmap.

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for Dutch client stakeholders.

• Deliver clear updates on progress, delivery status, and visibility into risks.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams based in Central Eastern Europe and Dutch business or compliance teams.

• Identify and eliminate delivery obstacles and dependencies across teams.

• Oversee resource planning, timelines, and actions for risk mitigation.

• Coordinate client approvals and activities necessary for release readiness.

• Ensure that delivery aligns with business priorities, quality standards, and project milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivery management, product ownership, project management, or agile delivery at a senior level.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Practical experience in managing product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and release roadmaps.

• Experience in delivering projects that incorporate AI/LLMs into enterprise workflows.

• Strong client-facing skills, including status reporting, expectation management, and resolution of issues.

• Experience in coordinating distributed technical and business teams.

• Deep understanding of agile delivery methodologies and software development life cycles.

• Proficient in professional English.

• Fluent in Dutch is mandatory.

• Based in Europe, preferably in the Netherlands or nearby.

• Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
