Senior Deal Desk Specialist, Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm customer contracts for compliance with policy, legal standards, and revenue recognition

• Assist in the comprehensive Order to Cash process, which includes order entry, revenue recognition, and GTM payouts

• Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of contract and transaction records within revenue operations systems

• Recognize and implement enhancements to processes aimed at boosting operational efficiency and minimizing revenue cycle obstacles

• Work collaboratively across departments, including Legal, InfoSec, AR, and Product teams

• Contribute to achieving quarterly objectives, cash realization, precise revenue reporting, and forecasting

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, contracts, or payment issues efficiently and professionally

• Carry out general operations, field operations, and/or financial operations tasks throughout the revenue cycle

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in an operational role—revenue, finance, sales, Order To Cash / Deal Desk

• Proficient and fluent in English

• Knowledge of the order-to-cash process

• Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, Everstage, and Candex

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Tech, or a related field

• Understanding of contracts management

• Capability to collaborate effectively with Legal, InfoSec, AR, and Product teams

• Comprehension of financial mathematics

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Customer-centric mindset for addressing billing, contracts, or payment inquiries
