Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics

📋 Description

• Deliver essential insights to business partners and provide strategic assistance to the executive team.

• Perform thorough analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

• Create sophisticated models and analytics tools to improve product insights and recommendations.

• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations, presenting them effectively to business stakeholders.

• Evaluate A/B tests to enhance user conversion and engagement.

• Design dashboards to guide business decisions, focusing on automation and scalability.

• Work alongside Engineering to enhance data infrastructure and governance.

• Assist Product, Marketing, and Finance teams with actionable insights and analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in quantitative data analysis, ideally within an internet or technology firm.

• Capability to write intricate SQL queries to inform key business decisions.

• Strong grasp of Statistics, with the ability to convey statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline, demonstrating a history of academic excellence.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects, adhering to deadlines in a dynamic environment, and delivering significant business impact.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Python/R.

• Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.

• Experience with Google Analytics, MixPanel, or other front-end analytical platforms.

• Residency in an eligible U.S. state or territory on a full-time basis.
