Senior Data Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain data-driven solutions within current application frameworks.

• Analyze both business and technical requirements, converting them into efficient and scalable implementations.

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and processes for data transformation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to applications and data.

• Collaborate with regulatory analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of data.

• Contribute to enhancements of systems, improvements in performance, and ongoing product development initiatives.

• Engage in estimation, planning, testing, and deployment activities.

• Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of large-scale regulatory data products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development utilizing object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#.

• Extensive experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Experience in designing and supporting data-centric applications.

• Familiarity with large datasets and concepts related to data processing.

• Experience with big data technologies and data management practices.

• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Oracle Database, and Git.

• Experience in writing technical specifications and documentation.

• Understanding of regulatory, chemical, environmental, or product stewardship domains.

• Ability to work with multilingual datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.
