Senior Data Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee business analysis initiatives at the program level for intricate projects.

• Lead and coordinate medium to large business analysis teams situated across various locations.

• Create detailed business process models while identifying ways to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business value.

• Evaluate the current architecture of business areas and contribute to the design of future-state architecture in line with enterprise business strategies.

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to comprehend their needs, influence strategic direction, and outline solutions.

• Facilitate design and integration workshops with implementation teams.

• Guide and train business analysts in effective business analysis practices, techniques, and established standards.

• Utilize subject matter expertise to inform business decisions and ensure successful project results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, financial services, or a related functional area.

• Familiarity with project development life cycle methodologies.

• Preferred: At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology or the financial sector, including support for finance applications.

• Represent your own qualifications and experiences candidly during the recruitment and hiring process.

• Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.

• Adhere to relevant enterprise policies, laws, regulations, and training obligations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
