This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of and manage the Marketing Operations Data Mart (MODM).
• Identify new data fields and oversee tables as the definitive reference source.
• Collaborate with IT as business requirements evolve.
• Organize and provide campaign audience lists and segment files for Capella campaigns.
• Act as the subject matter expert for inquiries related to Marketing data.
• Address ad hoc data requests from teams outside of Marketing.
• Offer strategic data consultation on segmentation and audience strategies.
• Review data processes and reports to uncover gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between Marketing, IT, and Data Engineering partners.
• Create automations, API integrations, and AI-driven tools for marketing teams.
• Design and sustain workflow automations in platforms like Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Pilot and evaluate AI use cases prior to wider implementation.
• Measure and report on the performance and adoption of workflow automation and AI initiatives.
• Diagnose system integrations, API connections, and workflow errors.
• Uphold best practices and facilitate AI adoption throughout Marketing.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, platforms, and functionalities.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and develop scalable, repeatable automation-first solutions.
• Aid in the transition to structured, normalized AI practices within Marketing.
• Proficient in SQL; experienced with analytic and data retrieval tools (SAS, SQL, and/or R).
• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for data manipulation and custom automation (preferred).
• Strong technical background in enterprise data systems and data mart environments.
• Knowledge of Email Service Platforms (Eloqua preferred).
• Extensive experience with audience identification, segmentation, and list management best practices.
• Proficient in AI tools, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in building automations, API integrations, or workflow tools; familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Workfront Fusion, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to translate ambiguous business questions into data or technical solutions.
• Ability to identify, assess, and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to innovate and implement effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership presence.

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, data operations, or a related field.
• Strong database and data management capabilities.
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs arise.
• Availability to work more than 40 hours per week as business demands require.
