This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Drive the development and enhancement of scalable automation frameworks.

• Establish automation strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Develop automated tests to verify various scenarios and construct automation from scratch.

• Conduct both automated and manual testing, encompassing functional, exploratory, and regression testing.

• Incorporate automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments.

• Evaluate risks, detect defects, and suggest ongoing improvements to QA processes.

• Utilize identified bugs, including those discovered in production, to enhance regression and automated test coverage.

• Guide teams, advocate for best practices, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.

• Proficiency in performance, security, and usability testing.

• Experience in creating automation solutions for various business scenarios.

• Strong background in manual testing.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools used in test automation.

• Familiarity with Porto Seguro tools and processes.

• Capability to act as a technical QA reference.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in testing; ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent certifications; familiarity with microservices, distributed architectures, serverless, and cloud-native environments; experience in implementing test automation in settings lacking prior automation.
