Senior Data Analyst – Riesgo de Liquidez

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage in strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on the liquidity, financing, and financial sustainability of the Group.

• Contribute to transformation projects, automation, and advanced data exploitation for the financial function.

• Collaborate on strategic objectives related to data and assist in the implementation of the new operating model through migration to Google Cloud.

• Identify and implement improvements in internal processes to monitor, control, and manage liquidity risk.

• Analyze and track the entity's balance sheet.

• Identify potential deviations and generate the necessary reporting.

• Facilitate the generation of required information and support decision-making.

• Interact with financial, risk, business, treasury, and ALM areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial and Financial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Quantitative Finance, CEMFI, or a similar area is preferred.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial and/or risk departments, preferably in banking or consulting.

• Advanced knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and SAS.

• Experience in development using Python, SQL, and Git.

• Familiarity with QlikSense or Looker is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and tools, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is advantageous.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
