This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Affairs to establish, enhance, and advance metrics and KPIs across various conditions and services.
β’ Create, document, and sustain dashboards and data visualizations utilizing Omni, Hex, or comparable BI tools.
β’ Perform exploratory and ad-hoc analyses that address both business and clinical inquiries.
β’ Detect trends and gaps in clinical improvement initiatives and propose data-driven enhancements.
β’ Contribute to data integrity by assisting in dbt models and scalable data structures.
β’ Work alongside data, product, and engineering teams to supply essential data sources.
β’ Provide guidance to Medical Affairs leadership on measurement, success metrics, and strategic objectives.
β’ Collaborate with data science to analyze significant trends and their underlying causes.
β’ Offer training, documentation, and support for dashboards and data products.
β’ Ensure precise and consistent reporting as well as metric documentation for all stakeholders.
β’ Employ AI-driven methods to analyze data generated from AI technologies for insights into clinical and operational matters.
β’ Facilitate stakeholder meetings and deliver updates on status, bandwidth, and timely information via Jira and Slack.
β’ Report directly to the Associate Director of Analytics.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
β’ Proficient in SQL.
β’ Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools is necessary.
β’ Experience with Omni, Hex, Tableau, or related data visualization tools, including the creation of data models and dashboards.
β’ An early adopter of AI and automation tools; engaged in experimentation with LLMs, AI-assisted analytics, and new technologies.
β’ Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
β’ Comfortable working independently with executive-level team members.
β’ Strong user empathy and the capability to convert stakeholder challenges into data-driven solutions.
β’ Proficient in managing priorities and dependencies across various functions proactively.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas and adapt to changing priorities.
