This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the data strategy and implementation for a range of client deliverables across emerging sectors.
• Propel product success by ensuring accuracy, delivering client value, and enhancing efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and revenue leaders to establish and meet ambitious goals.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in data related to emerging sectors.
• Work alongside GTM teams during client discussions to clarify methodologies, respond to inquiries, and align data solutions with client requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data quality challenges while implementing scalable solutions.
• Design, standardize, and sustain scalable workflows as coverage broadens.
• Manage and refine sector categorization frameworks, including essential taxonomies and tailored client categorizations.
• Function as a player-coach, establishing standards for quality, speed, and innovation while mentoring and empowering the team.
• Collaborate across functions with Data, Insights, Revenue, and Engineering teams to foster ARR growth and enhance processes and pipelines.
• Report directly to the Head of Data.
• Over 8 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience utilizing SQL, Python, Pyspark, or other programming languages to analyze and transform large, complex datasets.
• Familiarity with Github and Databricks.
• Extensive experience working with large, unstructured, and evolving datasets, particularly in settings with fluctuating definitions or taxonomies.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining production-grade data workflows.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Must not currently require, nor will require in the future, visa sponsorship.
