This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and execute robust data models that transform marketing expenditures and application event logs into structured, high-quality datasets.
β’ Ensure that product and acquisition data is organized, clean, and optimized for cross-departmental use.
β’ Develop and sustain scalable frameworks to monitor the loan application process.
β’ Identify points of friction, drop-off behaviors, and opportunities to enhance conversion rates from leads to funded loans.
β’ Write high-performance BigQuery SQL and design Tableau dashboards for real-time key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), approval rates, and origination volume.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests.
β’ Convert complex user behaviors into repeatable, automated insights that foster measurable growth and product-market alignment.
β’ Work with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to enhance the borrower experience.
β’ 3β5+ years of experience leveraging data to drive measurable business outcomes, particularly within Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science.
β’ Strong expertise in SQL, ideally BigQuery; skilled in complex joins and window functions.
β’ Demonstrated ability to design and maintain structured datasets, including star schemas and dbt models.
β’ Proficient in Tableau dashboards, cohort performance, attribution models, and funnel velocity analysis.
β’ Solid understanding of survival analysis, causal inference, and significance testing.
β’ Knowledge of the lending lifecycle from acquisition through underwriting to funding, including how products affect portfolio quality.
β’ Ability to clearly and confidently translate complex data trends into actionable narratives for technical teams and executive leadership.
β’ Generalist mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
β’ Comply with company security policies and data handling procedures.
β’ Complete mandatory security awareness training within specified timeframes.
β’ Immediately report suspected security incidents or suspicious activities to the Security team.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States; Figure will not sponsor work visas.
