Senior Customer Value Manager – Migrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist high-touch legacy customers in navigating complex migrations to Iron Mountain’s digital SaaS platform.

• Act as a reliable point of contact throughout the migration process.

• Create tailored Value plans that align legacy workflows with SaaS capabilities while ensuring long-term contract conversions are safeguarded.

• Implement data-driven enablement strategies to enhance user adoption.

• Monitor migration milestone metrics and conduct transition reviews to address operational challenges.

• Collaborate with Migration Engineering and Product teams to resolve data mapping discrepancies, ingestion delays, and other migration-related issues.

• Keep thorough records of account health.

• Carry out seamless handovers to the standard Customer Value team once steady-state operations are established.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success.

• Significant experience in guiding Enterprise and Mid-Market clients through intricate digital transformations or legacy-to-SaaS migrations.

• In-depth understanding of SaaS, cloud storage, information governance, electronic content management, and document capture technologies.

• Proven history of delivering software onboarding to Fortune 500 clients in highly regulated sectors, such as Financial Services, Energy, Legal, Life Sciences, Media, and Public Sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in Customer Value Platforms (CSP).

• Willingness to meet travel requirements of under 5%.
