This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct analyses and offer implementation suggestions based on business needs.
• Provide support, coaching, and training to Advancement functional users regarding system configuration, features, and enhancements.
• Convey intricate ideas, concepts, and processes to engineers and management effectively.
• Contribute to the assessment and enhancement of process and technical best practices and standards.
• Suggest value-added modifications to coding practices, standards, and tools.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, modify, and integrate the CRM system.
• Stay informed on changes, advancements, and improvements in CRM technology.
• Evaluate problem severity, determine corrective measures, and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee end-user system usage and carry out daily administrative and user support responsibilities.
• Provide technical assistance by diagnosing and resolving end-user issues.
• Assess and configure CRM systems while creating comprehensive end-user documentation.
• Generate documentation and procedures while adhering to development, installation, and maintenance methodologies.
• Manage and collaborate with product vendors and systems integrators for solution delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders for user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and data analysts.
• Draft technical specifications and documentation.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience as an advanced Salesforce Administrator.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce applications and contact center services.
• Capability to oversee the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Experience in architecting, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce integrations with SaaS, custom, or on-premises applications.
• Familiarity with REST API, custom connectors, middleware, custom-built connector tools, and web services.
• Proficient in writing technical specifications and documentation.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building Salesforce Flow and knowledge of APIs.
• Strong aptitude for creative problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features.
• Experience with contact center CRM integrations and database management.
• Practical experience in CRM implementation, administration, maintenance, and optimization with Salesforce or a comparable leading CRM.
• Certification in Salesforce Administration II, Service Cloud, and Business Analysis is advantageous.
