πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the primary global B2B credit and accounts receivable subject matter expert for Precor and Peloton Commercial within the commercial business.

β€’ Develop and implement a world-class global credit operating model by standardizing processes, documenting procedures, establishing clear ownership, maintaining consistent global standards, managing KPIs, setting measurable performance expectations, and enhancing team capabilities.

β€’ Oversee global credit decision-making by analyzing and interpreting underwriting results, applying risk frameworks and appetite, and confirming credit decisions.

β€’ Utilize SAP, advanced credit technologies, automation, AI-driven tools, and reporting systems to enhance credit decision-making, increase portfolio visibility, improve collections efficiency, and ensure operational consistency.

β€’ Assist in the launch and growth of the commercial equipment financing program while managing relationships with third-party lenders and financing partners.

β€’ Create and uphold governance for the financing program, encompassing criteria, eligibility and approval protocols, due diligence, as well as performance and exposure monitoring.

β€’ Direct global credit risk management and portfolio oversight, focusing on customer risk tiering and scoring, early warning indicators, aging and delinquency trends, reserve adequacy, and concentration risk.

β€’ Provide leadership with actionable insights into global accounts receivable performance and cash inflows through dashboards and reporting, and lead ongoing credit reviews.

β€’ Develop, maintain, and enhance global credit policies, approval frameworks, authorization levels, risk thresholds, exception guidelines, and internal controls.

β€’ Collaborate with global Sales teams to accelerate deal velocity and revenue growth while upholding credit and risk controls.

β€’ Apply knowledge in global B2B credit practices, including country-specific payment terms, legal frameworks, and collections norms.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in global or multi-region B2B credit, accounts receivable, portfolio risk, or credit operations.

β€’ Proven experience in team leadership and familiarity with regional payment terms, legal frameworks, and collections practices.

β€’ In-depth expertise in B2B credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, credit limit management, and portfolio risk management on a global scale.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to leverage data, reporting, automation, and AI to revolutionize credit and accounts receivable operations, minimizing manual tasks across various regions.

β€’ Experience in interpreting automated underwriting results, risk scoring, portfolio analytics, or other technology-driven decision-making tools within an established risk appetite.

β€’ Working knowledge of third-party equipment financing and lending structures, vendor financing programs, lender partnerships, program governance, and risk-sharing arrangements, such as recourse and loss pools.

β€’ Strong familiarity with SAP credit management, accounts receivable, and order-to-cash processes.

β€’ Experience in creating global credit policies, approval frameworks, internal controls, risk governance processes, and scalable operating models.

β€’ Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to present recommendations, portfolio insights, and risk evaluations to senior leadership.

β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with Sales, Legal, Treasury, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and external financing partners.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

β€’ CBA or other NACM certification is preferred.

β€’ Experience with modern credit and collections platforms, as well as AI-enabled finance tools, is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with leasing structures and vendor financing programs is preferred.

β€’ Authorization to work in the United States is required as part of the application process.
