This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the daily production workflow, weekly project timelines, and daily schedules from concept to launch.
• Take ownership of concept and output evaluations, including quality control of scripts, edits, pacing, story structure, visuals, briefs, brand guidelines, and advertising platform requirements.
• Recruit, onboard, coordinate, and manage creators and user-generated content talent.
• Maintain libraries of raw footage and assets for future use and AI-assisted remixing.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and talent, issue Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage creators, actors, photographers, videographers, and production assistants.
• Keep an updated production roster that includes rate cards, availability, and areas of expertise.
• Manage the production budget and assist in forecasting for creators, locations, and vendors.
• Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director, Growth team, and strategists to develop realistic production plans.
• Convert creative briefs into shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and checklists of deliverables.
• Source locations, props, and wardrobe; supervise production days as necessary.
• Secure usage rights, model releases, and documentation before commencing production.
• Adhere to Canadian health advertising regulations.
• Relay production insights back to the creative team to aid in iteration.
• Develop scalable production systems, workflows, and documentation to enhance creative output and minimize bottlenecks.
• 5+ years of experience in creative project management, production, or operations, with a background in managing a production budget.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing creative processes within a growth-stage environment, with specific improvements in processes or efficiency.
• Experience in building or managing a creator, UGC, or content pipeline at scale.
• Comfortable operating within a native, lo-fi, creator-first approach, beyond just polished production.
• Proficient in utilizing AI in production for testing creative directions and remixing assets at scale.
• Background in the performance marketing sector.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading junior team members or freelance production talent.
• Highly organized, capable of managing diverse creative requests and deliverables.
• Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable representing production in cross-functional discussions.
• Strict compliance with industry regulations and legal standards, particularly in health or other regulated advertising.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for refining production processes.
