📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete creative production process across campaigns, video, web, and brand initiatives, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

• Lead the creative intake and briefing process by establishing clear project requirements, timelines, and expectations.

• Manage project priorities, team capacity, and resources across various marketing functions.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities, address trade-offs, and proactively resolve production challenges.

• Supervise creative reviews and quality assurance, consolidating feedback while upholding high standards.

• Oversee and optimize Asana workflows, templates, reporting, and project management processes.

• Utilize AI and automation to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance efficiency.

• Manage external freelancers and agency partners as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in creative operations, integrated production, or creative program management, including at least 5 years in SaaS, technology, or AI sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to lead high-volume creative production across multiple marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Asana, including workflow automation, templates, portfolios, and capacity planning.

• Practical experience in implementing AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Strong creative judgment across design, video, and web, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence senior leadership.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a history of improving processes and driving operational excellence.

• Additional points for experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or martech, along with familiarity with Figma, Frame.io, or similar tools.
