Senior Creative Designer, Design Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Spearhead creative ideation and transform business/client objectives into impactful visual concepts and design strategies.

• Create creative directions, mood boards, campaign concepts, and design proposals that are ready for presentation.

• Produce high-caliber designs that enhance brand storytelling and client-centric deliverables.

• Develop concepts for videos, storyboards, and visual narratives aimed at digital and social content.

• Assist with UI/UX projects, including user journeys, wireframes, website/app layouts, and digital experiences.

• Present innovative ideas and reasoning directly to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Offer design recommendations grounded in brand positioning, audience insights, and campaign goals.

• Work collaboratively with content, marketing, and strategy teams to realize campaigns.

• Ensure that creative output adheres to high standards across brand, digital, and social platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in creative design, art direction, or design strategy.

• Previous experience in a creative agency, digital agency, or brand consultancy is preferred.

• A robust portfolio that showcases strategic thinking, innovative concepts, campaigns, and high-quality design execution.

• Experience in developing video storyboards, campaign visuals, digital assets, and client presentations.

• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product/design experiences.

• Capability to interpret briefs, challenge ideas, and propose creative solutions.

• A confident communicator who can participate in client calls, articulate creative decisions, and manage feedback independently.

• Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design platforms.
