This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Partner with senior executives to comprehend business objectives and identify talent shortages.
• Create proactive recruitment strategies to draw in top-tier candidates.
• Source and connect with potential candidates through networking, social media, job boards, professional associations, and other avenues.
• Conduct candidate screenings, in-depth interviews, and comprehensive assessments.
• Assess qualifications, cultural alignment, and potential for success.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation processes.
• Negotiate compensation packages based on market data and company policies.
• Advocate for company culture and promote the employee value proposition.
• Implement diverse recruiting strategies to foster inclusivity.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and deliver insights for informed hiring decisions.
• Establish and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Fill vacancies with qualified candidates promptly, particularly in Technology.
• Enhance recruiting processes by leveraging current trends, tools, and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions, with a primary focus on Technology Recruiting.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Corporate or Agency setting.
• Strong skills in networking and relationship building.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Exceptional interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• Knowledge of market trends and compensation strategies.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and stretch for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Requires good eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and normal hearing and vision range (with or without correction).
