Senior Corporate Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of customer, vendor, and partner contracts throughout their entire lifecycle

• Facilitate contract reviews, approvals, execution, and renewals

• Provide support for ongoing litigation matters and act as the point of contact with external legal counsel

• Organize legal files, corporate records, and contract databases

• Monitor legal deadlines, compliance obligations, and risk-related activities

• Assist with subpoenas, audits, legal inquiries, and document production

• Compile reports and summaries for leadership regarding legal matters

• Ensure that contracts are managed in a timely and accurate manner

• Systematically organize, monitor, and proactively manage legal issues

• Effectively oversee relationships with external counsel

• Provide leadership with transparent insights into legal risks and responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date legal and compliance documentation that is ready for audits

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in paralegal work, legal operations, contracts administration, or a related field

• Proficiency in contract management and litigation support

• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities

• Preferred experience in the healthcare, RCM, or technology sectors

• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the USA
