This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Designs, implements, and manages products and services across various cloud platforms.
• Ensures solutions comply with architectural design patterns, governance standards, and security protocols.
• Assesses business requirements and establishes functional needs and technical specifications.
• Develops secure and efficient updates or improvements to cloud-based solutions.
• Provides consultation on cloud projects of differing complexities.
• Applies engineering principles and concepts in accordance with architectural and governance standards.
• Reviews architectural designs of applications to ensure reliable and efficient design patterns.
• Operates and scales distributed software systems.
• Establishes and monitors operational metrics related to production performance, reliability, scalability, and availability.
• Evaluates the production readiness of new cloud platform services and specifies operational characteristics and maintainability.
• Creates and updates runbooks/playbooks.
• Assists with cloud platform implementation and supports operational documentation.
• Develops and sustains complex scalable automation pipelines.
• Employs Infrastructure as Code methodologies to provision, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Diagnoses issues, analyzes logs and data, initiates service requests, and facilitates problem resolution with application teams, vendors, and partners.
• Monitors performance and capacity metrics, identifying strategies to address long-term trends or issues.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building Copilot Studio agents in a professional capacity.
• At least 5 years of experience with Power Automate, including building flows with triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and connectors.
• Over 5 years of experience with Power Platform fundamentals including environments and solutions; connectors and authentication patterns; and an understanding of governance concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Agent 360, or other AI Agents.
• Experience with Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Experience with Power BI focused solely on data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• A keen interest in learning about evolving AI technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for measurement metrics and historical trends is a plus.
