📋 Description

• Design, develop, deliver, and uphold user-facing content for customers.

• Create concepts and tasks related to networking features, in-product content, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and various other deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ascertain requirements and customer expectations.

• Analyze specifications and product descriptions, suggesting the most effective learning strategies.

• Gain insights into the customer experience through direct engagement with networking products.

• Adhere to established style and process guidelines to ensure consistency and thoroughness.

• Take the lead on technical documentation projects as necessary.

• Simplify complex technologies into user-friendly content for cloud services, automation, and network management solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven aptitude for producing high-quality, precise, and user-friendly technical content, ideally for sophisticated software products.

• Over 5 years of experience in generating technical content.

• BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field/networking certification, or equivalent experience.

• Strong grasp of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies.

• Capacity to independently and collaboratively investigate complex technical concepts.

• Knowledge of XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to advance with incomplete information.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining high quality.

• Practical experience with network technologies, including routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.

• Understanding of DITA/XML authoring principles and content management concepts.

• Familiarity with Markdown and MS PowerPoint.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.

• Knowledge of HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and technologies.

• Industry-recognized network certifications are preferred.
