Courseware Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain user-facing content for customers.

• Create concepts, tasks related to networking features, in-product content, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and other deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ascertain requirements and understand customer needs.

• Analyze specifications and product descriptions to recommend optimal learning approaches.

• Gain insights into the customer experience through hands-on use of networking products.

• Adhere to established style and process guidelines to ensure consistency and completeness.

• Lead documentation projects of a technical nature.

• Develop customer-centric content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and Network Management products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to create high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly technical content, ideally for advanced software products.

• Over 5 years of experience in producing technical documentation.

• BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field; networking certification or equivalent experience is also acceptable.

• Solid understanding of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies.

• Capability to research intricate technical concepts both independently and collaboratively.

• Familiarity with XML authoring, content management systems, and courseware development tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, cloud services, cloud networking, data centers, and network security.

• Preferred: knowledge of DITA/XML, Markdown, MS PowerPoint, Agile methodologies, JIRA, HPE Aruba Networking, HPE Juniper Networking, and related industry network certifications.
