Courseware Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain user content for customers.

• Create concepts and tasks for networking features, in-product content, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and other deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine requirements and customer needs.

• Analyze specifications and product descriptions, providing recommendations for learning strategies.

• Gain insights into the customer experience through hands-on interaction with networking products.

• Adhere to established style and process guidelines.

• Generate customer-centric content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and Network Management products.

• Lead technical documentation projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to create high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly technical content, ideally for advanced software products.

• Over 5 years of experience in producing technical content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field/networking certification, or comparable experience.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies.

• Capability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively.

• Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Preferred: practical experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, cloud services, cloud networking, data centers, or network security.

• Preferred: familiarity with DITA/XML, Markdown, MS PowerPoint, Agile methodologies, JIRA, HPE Aruba Networking, HPE Juniper Networking, and relevant industry network certifications.
