Courseware Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, deliver, and maintain user-facing content for customers.

• Generate concepts, networking feature tasks, product content, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and various other outputs.

• Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ascertain requirements and customer expectations.

• Evaluate specifications and product descriptions while suggesting effective learning methodologies.

• Gain insights into the customer experience through hands-on interaction with networking products.

• Adhere to established style and process protocols.

• Oversee technical documentation projects as necessary.

• Simplify complex technologies into user-friendly customer content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in producing technical content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field/networking certification, or equivalent experience.

• Capability to generate high-quality, precise, and user-friendly technical content, ideally for advanced software products.

• Solid understanding of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies.

• Competence to research intricate technical concepts both independently and collaboratively.

• Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining quality standards.

• Preferred: practical experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, cloud services, cloud networking, data centers, or network security.

• Preferred: knowledge of DITA/XML, Markdown, MS PowerPoint, Agile methodologies, JIRA, HPE Aruba Networking, HPE Juniper Networking, and relevant industry network certifications.
