Senior Contract Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create documents tailored to specific accounts, such as contract templates.

• Evaluate requests for non-standard document language.

• File regulatory submissions with the Department of Insurance.

• Locate and assess contracts for audit, legal, and compliance purposes.

• Maintain the precision and uniformity of contract documents.

• Assist with the daily operations of the team.

• Raise issues and concerns to management.

• Serve as a point of contact between staff, management, and key stakeholders.

• Compose and revise desk-level procedures and workflow documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years of professional experience in a role requiring independent judgment and initiative.

• At least one year of experience drafting standard or tailored contracts or booklet documents independently.

• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Experience working in a deadline-oriented environment and completing tasks punctually.

• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with staff from other departments, drafting document language, and resolving issues.

• No sponsorship will be offered for this position.

• A background in network management and provider contracting is highly preferred.

• Experience with SalesForce/Conga or other contract lifecycle management tools.

• Proven experience in developing corporate project plans and/or project management.
