This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the complete life cycle of recruiting for designated US and Canadian requisitions, from initial intake to offer acceptance.
β’ Facilitate intake sessions and needs analysis discussions with hiring managers.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and distribute job descriptions and postings.
β’ Identify both active and passive candidates through Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and various other sources.
β’ Conduct phone screenings, organize interview loops, manage assessments, and guide scorecard completion and debrief meetings.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
β’ Assist in constructing job offers and aid in negotiating terms with candidates.
β’ Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for recurring or challenging roles.
β’ Implement inclusive sourcing, screening, and interviewing methodologies.
β’ Utilize knowledge of US and Canadian hiring regulations and refer compliance inquiries to HR Business Partners.
β’ Execute select preboarding tasks, including stakeholder communication, first-day arrangements, and scheduling week-one onboarding.
β’ Keep accurate records of candidates and requisitions in Workable.
β’ Provide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress.
β’ Identify process bottlenecks or candidate experience issues and recommend enhancements.
β’ Experience in full life cycle recruiting, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
β’ Familiarity with US and Canadian employment and hiring practices; US experience is mandatory.
β’ Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable sourcing tool.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple candidates, requisitions, and relationships with hiring managers concurrently.
β’ Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
β’ Comfort with utilizing AI tools throughout the recruiting life cycle, particularly for synthesizing interview notes and scorecard feedback.
β’ Good judgment in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and bias.
β’ 5+ years of experience in in-house or agency recruiting.
β’ Background in recruiting across various levels, from individual contributors to professional or exempt roles.
β’ Experience in professional services, consulting, or another high-growth environment is advantageous.
β’ Prior experience in contract or interim recruiting.
β’ Familiarity with Predictive Index or similar behavioral assessment tools.
β’ Knowledge of competency-based, inclusive interviewing practices.
β’ Fixed-term contract role lasting approximately 6 months (September 2026 β February 2027).
β’ Expected workload of 20β40 hours per week.
β’ Remote work opportunity available within the US or Canada.
β’ No travel required.
