This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for designated US and Canadian positions, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment administration, reference and background checks, and offer support.
• Facilitate intake and needs analysis discussions with hiring managers to validate role scope, essential criteria, and the hiring timeline.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and publish job descriptions and postings.
• Source both active and passive candidates through Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other avenues.
• Execute phone screenings, coordinate interview loops, administer assessments, and guide scorecard completion and debrief discussions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in offer construction and aid in negotiating candidate terms with the hiring HRBP and hiring manager.
• Develop and sustain pipelines for recurring or challenging-to-fill positions.
• Implement inclusive sourcing, screening, and interview practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Utilize knowledge of US and Canadian hiring regulations and communicate compliance queries to HR Business Partners.
• Conduct select preboarding activities, including stakeholder communication, first-day logistics, and onboarding scheduling for the first week.
• Ensure accurate records of candidates and requisitions are maintained in Workable.
• Provide updates on pipeline and hiring status to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Identify areas of process friction or candidate experience challenges and propose enhancements.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Knowledge of US and Canadian employment and hiring practices; only US expertise is required.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter or a similar sourcing tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple candidates, requisitions, and relationships with hiring managers simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal daily supervision.
• Comfort in utilizing AI tools to synthesize interview notes and scorecard feedback into evidence-based summaries and candidate recommendations.
• Sound judgment in reviewing AI outputs for accuracy and bias before they influence hiring decisions.
• A minimum of 5 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience in recruiting across individual contributor to professional or exempt roles.
• Familiarity with Predictive Index or a comparable behavioral assessment tool.
• Understanding of competency-based, inclusive interviewing practices.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or a high-growth organization is advantageous.
• Prior contract or interim recruiting experience is preferred for quickly adapting to new processes and requisitions.
• Fixed-term contract role for approximately 6 months (September 2026 – February 2027).
• Expected workload of 20–40 hours per week.
• Option for remote work within the US or Canada.
• No travel requirements.
