Senior Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Conduct around 30 or more introductory calls with candidates each week.

• Familiarize candidates with Retell AI, its culture, available positions, and the interview process.

• Assess candidates’ backgrounds, communication abilities, motivations, and fit for the role requirements.

• Oversee candidate pipelines while keeping stages, notes, and follow-ups well-organized.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their needs and ensure alignment on expectations.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Identify gaps in the pipeline and proactively suggest solutions.

• Contribute to creating a streamlined and positive candidate experience.

• Engage in a recruiting deep dive interview discussing the recruiting approach, including a hands-on recruiting scenario or task.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on either technical or go-to-market roles, ideally in a fast-paced startup or technology setting.

• Proven experience managing a high volume of interviews and candidates.

• Strong skills in pipeline management and organizational abilities.

• Confidence in partnering with hiring managers and establishing clear expectations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and act quickly.

• Significant experience with Ashby is preferred.

• Must be comfortable working during Pacific Time hours.

• Must be willing to work as a 1099 contractor.
