This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues related to assigned support services.
• Uphold a comprehensive understanding of the designated region, coverage area, or product lines, along with relevant configuration installations.
• Act as the most direct link to internal functions that support customer needs.
• Initiate and sustain communication to deliver ongoing technical and business assistance to assigned clients.
• Influence the development of strategies within the area of responsibility, including resource management and policy creation.
• Analyze business challenges and suggest best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Utilize sound judgment to make decisions and address complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering issues.
• Evaluate the quality of information and pose relevant questions to stakeholders.
• Generate recommendations and solutions for issues that fall outside established parameters, employing both internal and external resources.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource needs, risk, and complexity.
• Convey complex concepts clearly and influence the perspectives of others.
• Encourage colleagues to consider diverse viewpoints.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, OR an Associate's degree from a college, OR a High School Diploma / GED combined with 7 years of experience in the power generation sector.
• At least 5 years of technical field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines and/or Steam Power.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in problem analysis and resolution.
• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
