Senior Contract Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for designated customers

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of services and maintenance contracts, from preventive planning to remedial execution

• Maintain responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) performance

• Manage the P&L for the contract portfolio

• Monitor financial outcomes against the annual operating plan

• Administer the as-sold budget and proactively identify risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue opportunities for commercial growth

• Supervise field services engineering and facility operations

• Ensure maintenance and repair activities adhere to safety and technical quality standards

• Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, on-site presence, and proactive issue resolution

• Lead cross-functional coordination among engineering, sourcing, and logistics

• Fulfill contract commitments while continuously enhancing field operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

• Extensive experience in services, contract management, or customer-facing roles within the energy generation sector

• Proven capability to manage P&L accountability, including budget monitoring, cost management, and variance analysis

• Demonstrated success in managing field operations with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and timely delivery

• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations at least 50% of the time

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English

• Previous experience executing contracts in the energy market

• Practical experience managing outages in combined or simple cycle power plants

• Established project management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder reporting

• Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed teams in a field services context
