Senior Consulting Sales Account Manager – Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel revenue expansion by marketing Oracle Cloud and consulting solutions and services to both new and existing non-federal accounts.

• Oversee comprehensive sales cycles from opportunity identification to closing.

• Establish and sustain trusted relationships with operational, business, and C-level stakeholders at customer organizations.

• Recognize strategic opportunities and ensure enduring customer satisfaction.

• Formulate and implement strategic account and territory plans in collaboration with the product sales team.

• Increase customer engagement through proactive outreach, marketing events, bid board tracking, and optimizing contract vehicles.

• Direct pursuit strategies, collaboration frameworks, and competitive positioning efforts.

• Coordinate with Oracle teams to share insights about accounts and align sales strategies.

• Manage pipeline development, qualification, forecasting, and the progression of opportunities.

• Partner with Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.

• Develop, organize, and deliver customer presentations customized for all levels of leadership.

• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Over 12 years of experience in selling consulting services within the SLED and/or Commercial sectors.

• Proven experience in large-scale Oracle SaaS sales and/or On-Premises cycles.

• Familiarity with State and Local government, Higher Education, and/or Commercial sales cycles.

• Capability to manage a sales pipeline as an individual contributor.

• Strong business insight, with a proven history of promoting emerging/disruptive technologies.

• Comprehensive experience in end-to-end capture, including teaming arrangements, assessments of incumbent vendors, market research analysis, and proposal response skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Strong presentation and writing skills, with the aptitude to convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

• No security clearance is required.

• Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
