This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee value and access initiatives or significant workstreams from initiation to completion, encompassing planning, methodology, resource allocation, quality assurance, financial awareness, and client communication.
• Deliver strategic and technical guidance in areas such as payer strategy, global value communications, HTA readiness, policy intelligence, evidence gap evaluation, reimbursement planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct senior reviews of value dossiers, payer value propositions, HTA strategy outputs, advisory board materials, objection handlers, payer presentations, reports, and medical writing outputs.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and strategic meetings, converting complex evidence and access challenges into actionable recommendations and subsequent steps.
• Manage project-level financial performance, foreseeing scope, timeline, review, and resource-related risks while safeguarding quality and profitability.
• Guide Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Analysts, enhancing their skills in structured thinking, evidence analysis, writing quality, and client-ready delivery.
• Assist in the development of proposals, project scopes, pitch materials, and opportunities for account growth.
• Extensive experience in market access, value communications, HTA strategy, payer research, HEOR, medical writing, or healthcare consulting.
• Demonstrated capability to lead projects or significant workstreams, manage client expectations, and produce high-quality results punctually and within scope.
• Strong comprehension of global, regional, or affiliate payer requirements, HTA systems, pricing and reimbursement processes, and evidence needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strategic storytelling and senior review proficiency.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage scope, effort, resources, quality, and profitability at the project level.
• Experience in contributing to business development endeavors such as proposals, pitch meetings, thought leadership, or service offering creation.
• Unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
• Desirable: Experience in leading international market access, JCA readiness, managed access, rare disease, oncology, ATMP, or complex launch projects.
• Desirable: Line management or formal coaching experience.
