BCBA Supervisor, Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage an active caseload

• Oversee RBTs and student analysts

• Conduct training sessions for caregivers

• Lead social skills groups

• Supervise both telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and clients' homes

• Complete a minimum of 30 clinical hours weekly

• Achieve 90% utilization of the prescribed treatment hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role

• Proficient in BST and caregiver-mediated interventions

• Tailor your supervision approach to meet the needs of each individual

• Engage in independent pursuit of current evidence-based practices

• Effectively manage your time and documentation without requiring reminders

• Communicate professionally and directly with families, staff, and leadership

• Successfully pass a background check
