📋 Description

• Enhance the market research framework across the Group.

• Develop methodologies, quality standards, operating models, and governance principles.

• Offer strategic consulting and serve as a sparring partner for business units regarding market potential, expansion and M&A, customer insights, competitive trends, product decisions, and strategic investments.

• Convert intricate research findings into straightforward, actionable recommendations.

• Advance the global market research portfolio.

• Establish suitable make-or-buy and partnership strategies.

• Oversee collaboration with market research agencies and external partners.

• Ensure the effective utilization of market research budgets.

• Develop reusable research frameworks, templates, and knowledge platforms.

• Encourage cross-functional knowledge sharing and the reuse of insights obtained.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is required.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Global Market Research, Customer or Consumer Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Business Analytics, or strategic consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex international market research projects.

• Experience in building or further enhancing research, insights, or intelligence functions.

• Extensive experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, various business units, and international teams.

• Proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level).

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Knowledge of the gaming industry, especially online gaming, is a plus.
