BCBA Supervisor, Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee both telehealth and in-person sessions in clinical settings and client residences.

• Manage a substantial caseload.

• Provide supervision to RBTs and student analysts.

• Conduct training sessions for caregivers.

• Facilitate groups focused on social skills development.

• Complete both direct and indirect billable clinical tasks.

• Oversee clinical documentation and ensure optimal treatment-hour utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active BCBA certification.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Proficient in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment methodologies.

• Ability to tailor supervision based on individual needs.

• Commitment to pursuing current evidence-based practices independently.

• Capable of managing time and documentation autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with families, staff, and leadership.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Availability for a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week.

• Expected to achieve a 90% utilization rate of recommended treatment hours.
