Email Automation Specialist – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute advanced marketing automation workflows utilizing intricate triggers and methods for audience creation.

• Create and implement tailored marketing campaigns.

• Execute queries on relational databases using SQL.

• Collaborate on strategies related to customer lifecycle stages and segmentation.

• Contribute to the development of audience engagement roadmaps for clients.

• Engage with team members and stakeholders regarding automation strategies, workflow goals, and performance analytics.

• Oversee active workflows and automations to ensure quality and effectiveness.

• Provide recommendations for optimization.

• Manage data models and attribute definitions to support scalable audience segmentation and dynamic content personalization.

• Ensure compliance of automated marketing practices with legal standards and industry best practices.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Proficient in HTML / CSS to enhance drag-and-drop email builds.

• Comprehensive understanding of email marketing and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• High attention to detail and effective time management skills.

• Keeps abreast of the latest trends in email marketing and automation.

• Preferred 4+ years of experience; exceptional performance may compensate for the experience requirement.

• Additional experience with email service providers (ESPs) like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and SharpSpring is advantageous.

• Knowledge of cross-inbox and cross-device compatibility is beneficial.

• Familiarity with email authentication protocols is a plus.

• Good understanding of web analytics and experience with Google Analytics is desirable.

• Must reside in the USA.
