Senior Consultant – Pharmacy Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create data-driven solutions and program offerings aimed at improving pharmacy financial and operational performance.

• Implement project plans across various client engagements while ensuring the timely achievement of milestones.

• Lead client meetings, strategic discussions, project updates, and deliver engaging presentations.

• Conduct advanced data analysis, modeling, and benchmarking activities.

• Collaborate with Spend Management, Analytics, and Pharmacy Leadership teams to enhance operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and cost management.

• Evaluate and optimize classes of trade, including 340B and WAC, by assessing purchasing strategies, contract performance, and regulatory factors.

• Work with suppliers and internal partners to uncover contracting opportunities, facilitate negotiations, and promote value-based agreements.

• Design dashboards, executive presentations, and reporting tools.

• Discover opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational enhancements.

• Foster collaborative relationships to encourage knowledge sharing and the execution of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

• Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy business management, GPO, or healthcare consulting is preferred.

• Proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and analyzing large datasets.

• Experience in interpreting and presenting intricate operational and financial information to pharmacy and executive leadership.

• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Willingness to travel frequently and promptly throughout the year to accommodate clients’ needs and schedules.
