This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Deliver organizational change management services to State Medicaid Agency clients as they transform their organizations to align with the Medicaid Enterprise System strategy.
• Assist the project lead in overseeing the BerryDunn project team's OCM activities.
• Create project deliverables and artifacts, such as plans, surveys, and assessments.
• Cultivate relationships with client contacts, project team members, vendor representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and report on the project's status, progress, budget, schedule, quality, and resources.
• Facilitate internal team meetings as well as meetings with clients, teams, and vendors.
• Mentor and nurture the development of project team members.
• Develop, review, and discuss project deliverables thoroughly.
• Document and escalate project action items, issues, risks, and decisions as necessary.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to clients, team members, vendors, and direct reports.
• Act as a Medicaid Enterprise System Organizational Change Management Subject Matter Expert for a client in Puerto Rico.
• A Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent of four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least five (5) years of experience in implementing OCM practices for system implementation projects using a recognized change management framework.
• A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in an OCM lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) role supporting a State Medicaid Agency or a similarly sized large healthcare provider management organization.
• Background in organizational change management, preferably within state government, health IT, and the Health and Human Services sector.
• Experience with the implementation of Medicaid Management Information Systems modules.
• Proven experience in State HHS IT OCM, project management, and a Prosci® background.
• Capability to facilitate meetings and convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments and deliver quality results in a timely manner.
• Skill in building and maintaining positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in an ambiguous and evolving environment.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Prosci® certification is highly desired.
• Competitive base salary range of $115,000 - $135,000.
