This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules, encompassing integrations with both internal modules and external applications.

• Gather and map client finance and accounting business requirements, identify discrepancies, and propose solution alternatives.

• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to align with approved designs, business goals, and implementation best practices.

• Create reporting foundations using Oracle Cloud ecosystem tools such as OTBI, BIP, FDI, and NR.

• Develop and carry out use and test cases for Oracle Cloud ERP reports.

• Assist in testing activities and resolve issues identified during testing phases.

• Ensure that solution designs, configurations, and implementations remain in sync with project scope and business requirements.

• Organize and lead functional design workshops.

• Integrate business requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs.

• Align departmental policies and procedures with Cloud ERP processes.

• Support project execution methodology, report on project progress, and manage issues to resolution.

• Design and implement financial solutions across General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Expenses, Lease Accounting, Accounting Hub, and Fixed Assets.

• Evaluate, design, and develop reporting needs for financial modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Over 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.

• Comprehensive understanding of operational financial controls and accounting processes.

• In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, CM, EXP, LA, AHCS, and FA.

• Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Procurement, Projects, Grants, Core HR, and Payroll.

• Experience in leading ERP implementations as a Functional Consultant.

• At least four implementations of the specified Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules.

• Experience in facilitating Business Process Workshops/Requirement Gathering Sessions, Proof of Concept Sessions, Conference Room Pilots, SIT, UAT, go-live support, and production support.

• Experience in designing and delivering ERP modules and reports.

• Proficiency in writing operational and analytical reports using OTBI, BIP, and SQL.

• Expert understanding of financial system integration and overall ERP development, testing, and support.

• Experience in training finance and accounting teams to adopt newly established procedures.

• Ability to manage scope, client expectations, risks, and escalations while aligning solutions with business requirements and best practices.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior and executive leadership.

• Proficient in English.

• Additional advantage: functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and EPM modules.

• Additional advantage: experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Insurance, or Financial Services environments.

• Additional advantage: experience in leading teams, facilitating design sessions, and contributing to requirements, solution design, and testing strategies.
