This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.
• Cultivate client relationships by identifying their needs, offering solutions, preparing materials, and addressing daily inquiries.
• Support business strategies through research, analysis, project planning, and ensuring that team deadlines are adhered to.
• Provide strategic insights and solutions that foster business growth and innovation.
• Evaluate market trends, assess business models, and assist clients with R&D strategy, commercialization, market access, and portfolio optimization.
• Contribute to client solutions and enhance processes.
• Conduct comprehensive research on therapeutic areas, regulatory environments, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze market dynamics, pricing strategies, and access challenges.
• Examine data and client issues, offering insights and viable solutions.
• Make decisions within your project scope while consulting senior colleagues on broader implications.
• Oversee workstreams within larger projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Manage approximately 1–2 projects and lead smaller tasks or workstreams.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Contribute to the creation of white papers, industry reports, and client presentations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in life sciences and healthcare policy.
• Lead the development of medical affairs assets and organizational strategy.
• Assist in designing and implementing processes, procedures, and operating models.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior medical affairs and cross-functional leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Polished skills in presentation and moderation.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable and adaptable.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
