This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive strategies, intelligence, and impact measurement initiatives that align with Medical Affairs goals throughout the product lifecycle.

• Formulate impact measurement models, audience intelligence and analysis initiatives, as well as integrated data and insight foundations for strategic development.

• Leverage Prime’s impact measurement methodology to construct models illustrating how medical activities influence clinical practice, enhance patient outcomes, and fortify healthcare systems.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, deliver insights, and cultivate robust partnerships.

• Ensure effective collaboration among medical communications, evidence, creative, and technical teams.

• Assist in business development presentations.

• Primarily operate within Global and US markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 6 years of experience in strategic communications planning and/or strategy consulting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, with a preference for experience in US domestic and Global programs.

• Solid understanding of medical communications and regulatory standards, especially within the US market.

• Demonstrated experience in big data strategy and analytics, particularly in linking scientific objectives with behavior modification.

• A comprehensive understanding of how innovative technologies can be employed to design and implement omnichannel communication programs (e.g., AI, machine learning, next best action).

• Formal training and/or experience in program evaluation methodologies (acquired within or outside of healthcare) would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
