This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Raise awareness of innovation capabilities and connect business partners with resources, expertise, and opportunities that facilitate enterprise transformation.

• Organize innovation engagements and execution activities to ensure delivery, adoption, and realization of business value.

• Assist in communication, training, and adoption initiatives for AI and automation capabilities.

• Create materials and documentation for workshops, planning sessions, and events.

• Support the intake, documentation, prioritization, and tracking of innovation opportunities.

• Aid stakeholders in assessing opportunities, clarifying objectives, documenting requirements, and defining desired business outcomes.

• Convert business challenges and opportunities into structured discussions and outputs.

• Offer recommendations aimed at enhancing awareness, readiness, adoption, and value realization.

• Sustain stakeholder relationships throughout the ideation and execution phases.

• Develop and maintain metrics to measure business impact, adoption, and value realization.

• Analyze findings from engagements, stakeholder feedback, and performance data.

• Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and communications that illustrate innovation outcomes.

• Assist in documentation, assessment, and coordination related to governance, risk, compliance, and responsible innovation requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, innovation, transformation, or project delivery.

• Practical experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Excellent analytical, facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Capability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable outputs.

• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare is preferred.
