This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform assessments to determine ERP readiness.
• Create roadmaps for ERP transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to clients on ERP-related choices as part of larger transformation endeavors.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and executive briefings.
• Identify priorities and foster consensus among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams focused on ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics delivery.
• Assist in the development of methodologies, thought leadership, and internal capability enhancement.
• Leverage ERP and Finance transformation experience in strategic advisory projects.
• Aid clients in navigating intricate decisions, aligning technology with mission objectives, and instigating significant change.
• 4–6 years of experience in management or technology consulting, with significant client project involvement in Finance business process analysis and ERP transformation.
• Previous work as a management or technology consultant at a reputable professional services firm.
• Strong foundational understanding of Finance business processes, prevalent challenges, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Capability to distill complex information into straightforward recommendations.
• Proficiency to execute client project responsibilities both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Experience in supporting sales and business development activities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business and client requirements.
• Knowledge of and substantial client project experience with Workday or Oracle Finance is highly preferred.
• ERP certification in Workday or Oracle Finance is preferred.
• Experience with mission-driven sectors, such as higher education, nonprofit, and state and local organizations is preferred.
• Experience in aiding business development initiatives, including proposal writing and sourcing new business, is preferred.
