This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the corporate revenue and gross profit model, ensuring it is timely, precise, manageable, comprehensible, and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze diverse revenue streams, presenting actual performance against forecasts to senior management.
• Guide decisions regarding sales channel routing to enhance the efficiency and performance of Sales Operations.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations derived from data-driven analysis.
• Evaluate financial and operational data to assess both current and projected business performance.
• Identify trends and propose strategies aimed at improving financial outcomes.
• Create and implement what-if analyses and simulations for risk assessment.
• Present findings and recommendations to management to enhance performance.
• Document tools, models, and analyses in a clear and accessible manner.
• Develop and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Weekly Sales Decks, and other regular reports utilizing Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
• Provide consistent and standardized reporting for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Sales and Operations, Kiosk Pricing, Device Processing, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate sales execution processes and participate in ad hoc projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is necessary; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience utilizing data to address complex financial challenges, with a focus on revenue and margin management.
• Proficient in analytical tools, especially Tableau; knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Alteryx is a plus.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is crucial.
• Ability to integrate technical expertise with business insights and effectively communicate solutions to complex issues.
• Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• A sense of responsibility, ownership, and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes while recognizing the business implications of changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with all levels of management.
