Senior Consultant, Employee Central – Benefits & Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-level assistance on various ongoing Employee Central initiatives.

• Oversee projects involving requirements definition, business process enhancement, quality assurance, risk management, end-user training, application setup, and testing.

• Offer consulting services to global entities regarding HCM best practices.

• Assist clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.

• Conduct design workshops with clients.

• Ensure top-quality solutions through system configuration that aligns with business needs.

• Facilitate successful integration among modules with team members.

• Document system configurations and business processes.

• Transfer knowledge to clients for ongoing maintenance and support.

• Stay updated with new SAP releases and features while maintaining certified expertise.

• Collaborate directly with clients, with responsibilities varying by project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Employee Central and additional certifications in at least one of the following: Onboarding, EC Time, or EC Benefits.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as the lead consultant in SuccessFactors implementations.

• Practical experience with all Data Models/templates and a solid understanding of XML.

• Hands-on experience with MDF, foundational objects, associations, business rules, and workflows is preferred.

• Proficiency in translations and language packs for template configuration and MDF is preferred.

• Understanding of how applications support business processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to address client business challenges.

• Strong consulting skills in SAP/SuccessFactors best practices.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.

• Knowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more talent modules are preferred.

• Familiarity with EC Benefits or other benefits solutions such as SAP ECC HCM or BenefitFocus is preferred.

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Canvas Reporting and People Stories, is preferred.

• Understanding of SAP/SuccessFactors AI tools, including Joule, is preferred.

• Strong presentation and consulting abilities.

• Capacity to share functional and technical knowledge and mentor fellow consultants.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex issues.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Ability to understand business concepts and configure applications accordingly.

• Capable of multitasking, exercising sound judgment, and prioritizing conflicting demands with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with team members and clients.

• Understanding of integration points with other HR systems and modules.
