Senior Consultant, EC for Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects related to requirements definition, enhancement of business processes, quality assurance, risk management, end-user training, application setup, and testing.

• Offer consulting expertise to international organizations regarding HCM best practices and assist clients in transitioning to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.

• Facilitate design workshops with clients to gather requirements.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through system configuration that align with overall business objectives.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful integration across modules.

• Thoroughly document system configurations and business processes.

• Impart knowledge to customers for continued maintenance and support.

• Stay updated on new and pertinent SAP releases and features, maintaining certification as an expert in the relevant areas.

• Proven multitasker with a clear sense of purpose.

• Certified Consultant in SuccessFactors.

• Proficient in Employee Central and associated EC/ONB 2.0/Time/Benefits reporting.

• In-depth knowledge of HCM best practices.

• Experience with SAP HCM Cloud solutions.

• Capability to lead requirements definition, process enhancement, quality assurance, risk management, training, configuration, and testing.

• Competence in conducting design workshops for clients.

• Skill in configuring high-quality solutions that fulfill business needs.

• Ability to facilitate integration across various modules.

• Proficiency in documenting configurations and business processes.

• Ability to transfer knowledge for ongoing customer maintenance and support.

• Maintain certification expertise and keep up-to-date with SAP releases and features.
